The trainees of the legal clinic cannot represent the interests of clients in court. Legal assistance in cases with a commercial focus or free assistance for profit, student counseling shall not be provided.

Faculty teachers monitor the quality of students’ work in each case, but they do not provide legal assistance themselves.

Consulting clients who applied to student legal advice and registered accordingly, is carried out in at least two meetings. In exceptional cases, if the client’s request isn’t difficult for the consultant, the client can get advice at the first meeting, subject to the expert’s consent. However, in cases requiring lengthier consideration, the duration of counseling may be extended.
