The target audience:

  • representatives of higher education institutions, scientific institutions, industrial enterprises, medical institutions of the Russian Federation;
  • young scientists, graduate students, doctoral students;
  • young professionals working in this field.
 

The main objectives of the conference:

  • improvement of safety in construction in accordance with the ILO Convention No. 167 of 1988 and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law "Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation" No. 190-FZ of December 29, 2004, the Federal Law of Labor Code of the Russian Federation No. 197-ФЗ of December 30, 2001, Of the Federal Law “Technical Regulations on the Safety of Buildings and Structures” No. 384-ФЗ dated December 30, 2009; the Federal Law “On the Protection of the Population and Territories from Natural and Technogenic Emergencies” No. 68-ФЗ dated December 21, 1994, the Federal Law “On Fire Security "№69-FZ of December 21, 1994, Federal Law “On Environmental Protection” No. 7-ФЗ dated January 10, 2002, and other regulatory acts;
  • analysis of the results of activities under the project KS1134 "SAFECON" ("Safety, high professionalism and efficiency at construction sites") of the Cross-Border Cooperation Program "Russia - South-Eastern Finland 2014-2020" (CBC 2014-2020 South-East Finland - Russia).

 

Conference tasks:

  • consideration of administrative, technical, educational and legal problems in ensuring safety in construction, fire safety, occupational health and safety of builders, safety for users of buildings and structures, accessibility of buildings and structures for people with disabilities and other groups of people with limited mobility, protection of the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies, environmental safety;
  • consideration of the main results of the activities of the first phase of the project KS1134 "SAFECON" ("Safety, excellence and efficiency at construction sites") of the Russia-South-East Finland 2014-2020 cross-border cooperation program (CBC 2014-2020 South-East Finland - Russia).

 

Conference organizers:

The conference is traditionally regarded as an important tool for sharing best practices in meeting occupational safety requirements, taking into account industrial and environmental safety of production, prevention of occupational diseases, education and training of specialists in the field of occupational safety, and improvement of state regulatory requirements for labor protection.

 

The conference will be held in the following areas:

  • Training of specialists in the field of technosphere safety;
  • Labor safety in construction.
  • Ecological industrial safety. Safety of industrial production.
  • Causes, prevention and treatment of occupational diseases. Occupational health.
  • Ergonomics in the field of occupational safety.

 

In the development of the areas of the conference, the following aspects are proposed for consideration:

  • Prospects for the implementation of labor protection management systems.
  • Development of regulatory framework in the field of occupational safety.
  • Development and implementation of professional risk management systems.
  • New in the system of medical safety.
  • New in technical means of labor safety.
  • Development of personal protective equipment.
  • Training in the field of labor protection, including new training technologies.
  • Foreign experience in the field of occupational safety
  • Innovations in ergonomics in the field of occupational safety.
  • Assessment of occupational injuries and health status of workers.
  • Experience and innovations of training in the field of labor protection.
  • Other topics in the field of labor protection.

 

Within the framework of the conference, on November 21, 2019, an extended meeting of the North-Western branch of the Federal Academic Methodological Association on Higher Education on the Educational Program "Technosphere Safety and Environmental Management"  will be held.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Participation in the conference is free of charge.

Travel and accommodation are paid by the participants themselves.

There is an opportunity to participate in a videoconference (prearrangements are necesssary)

The conference reports will be selected by the Organizing Committee.
 
To participate in the conference you need to register. The paper submissions for the conference proceedings will be accepted only from registered participants.

The conference proceedings are supposed to be published by the beginning of the conference. The  proceedings are planned to be indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index. The papers for publication in the proceedings will be selected by the Organizing Committee.
 
To publish an article you need to provide a signed license agreement for the article and receive a expert's report about the possibility of  an open publication.

All the submissions will be peer-reviewed  and evaluated by the experts on the possibility of  an open publication. Evaluation procedure will be organized by the proceedings' Editor-in-Chief.  The third parties need to submit to the Organizing Committee an expert's report on the possibility of an open publication in the form accepted by of the organization they represent.

Speakers will receive their copies of the Conference Proceedings at the conference. Remote participants (via  a videoconference)  will be provided with an electronic copy of the proceedings.

The length of the article is strictly up to 6000 characters with spaces.

Important dates:

September 15, 2019 – submission of a participant application for speakers together with an article submission, accompanied by a license agreement, an act and an expert's report on the possibility of open publication;

October 1, 2019 – submission of an application for a remote participation (via a videoconference);

October 15, 2019 – speakers will be notified about the acceptance of their papers.

Papers received after these dates will not be considered.
