In accordance with the agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on strategic partnership in the field of education, science and technology dated 25 November, 2014, the Vietnamese side provides scholarships to Russian candidates for training and language internships in the Vietnamese language at Vietnamese universities in 2023/2024 academic year.

Available places:

• 30 places for bachelor's, master's, postgraduate and doctoral programs;

• 30 places in the language internship program for a period of 10 months;

• 15 places under the advanced training program for scientific and pedagogical workers.

The scholarship covers the cost of tuition and living in a hostel. In addition, it includes monthly payments throughout the course.

Teaching is in the Vietnamese language.
