Qualifying stage of the XI International Engineering Championship CASE-IN
We invite SPbGASU students to take part in the in-person qualifying stage of the XI International Engineering Championship CASE-IN in the direction Project Engineering, which will be held on 2 March, 2023 at SPbGASU.
The championship is held with the support of the Presidential Grants Fund and the national platform "Russia - the Land of Opportunities".
The partner of the direction is NIPIGAZ JSC, a leading Russian engineering center. The company manages design, supply, logistics and construction in all sectors of the oil and gas market, is among the 100 largest engineering and construction companies in the world according to ENR (The Top 250 Global Contractors, 2020), and among the best employers according to Forbes-2022.
As part of the qualifying stage, student teams of three to four people solve an engineering case developed based on the materials of the championship partner company and present their solution to the expert commission.
Champions and prize-winners of the season will be able to undergo internships and practical study with the CASE-IN partner companies with the possibility of subsequent employment. Students who win prizes will receive privileges for admission to master's and postgraduate programs at 24 universities in 18 Russian regions.
Students of the following fields of study are invited to participate:
- 08.00.00 Construction technique and technology (Civil engineering);
- 13.00.00 Electric and heat-power engineering;
- 38.00.00 Economics and management.
