The competition procedure is determined by the “Regulations on the procedure for filling positions of scientific and pedagogical workers” (approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated 23 July, 2015 No. 749) and the “Regulations on the organization and procedure for electing by competition for positions of teaching workers in SPbGASU” (approved by the decision of the SPbGASU Academic Council dated 29 June, 2023, protocol No. 7).

Qualification requirements defined by:

Recommended maximum number of rates occupied by SPbGASU teaching staff

To participate in the competitive selection, it is necessary to submit in electronic form from 25.04.2024 to 03.06.2024 through the personal account portal (https://portal.spbgasu.ru/ - for employees of SPbGASU, https://konkurspps.spbgasu .ru/ – for applicants who are not employees of SPbGASU) the following documents:

  • application addressed to the rector of the university;

  • a copy of the document on higher education;

  • a copy of the candidate/doctor of science diploma (if available);

  • a copy of the associate professor/professor's certificate (if available);

  • documents confirming the period of scientific and pedagogical work (certificate of teaching experience or a copy of the work book, certified at the place of work) - for applicants who are not full-time employees of SPbGASU;

  • a list of scientific and educational works over the past three years;

  • consent to the processing of personal data;

  • documents confirming the absence of restrictions on employment in the field of education (certificate of no criminal record).

The originals of competition documents and education documents are provided by the competition participant, in case of a positive decision of the commission, upon concluding an employment contract (additional agreement to the employment contract), to the personnel department from 28.06.2024 to 31.08.2024 at the address: 190005, St Petersburg, 2nd Krasnoarmeiskaya st., building 4, personnel department, offices 125, 126, tel. +7-812-316-42-13.
