On October, 26 in SPSUACE there was held a meeting of the members of the Committee for work with the mass media affiliated to the Council of rectors of Saint Petersburg higher educational institutions. The meeting was dedicated to discussions of internal communications in a higher educational institution as one of the types of communicative instruments in promotion of educational services. During the meeting rector of SPSUACE Evgeny Rybnov made a report about history, structure and activity of the university. Head of the IT department of SPSUACE Mikhail A. Ivanov also made a report about the role of information technologies in internal communications of a higher educational institution. Editor of the “Za stroitelnye kadry” paper Yuliana Zhukova reported about interaction of the university paper with public organizations of the higher educational institution. Elena V. Klimenko shared experience of the public relations department in preparing and organizing of anniversary events. Reports caused much interest of the committee members which speakers were glad to answer. After the official part of the meeting participants had a chance to discuss the professional topics in an informal setting.
