All foreign citizens coming to Russia on study purposes must have a medical insurance. The medical insurance program is sure to have hospitalization in case of necessity and repatriation in case of death. Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering has agreements and carries out insurance on health service for foreign citizens arriving to the Russian Federation on study purposes only with the reliable medical companies of Russia. Depending on the program and period of insurance cost of insurance constitutes from 4 500 roubles per year. At the same time health service of foreign citizens is carried out in city clinics situated in the district where foreign citizens study and live.
