A letter of appreciation addressed to the Vice-Rector for Educational Activity of Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering has been received from Andrey Avenirov, Deputy Head and Director of the Department for the Construction of Engineering and Transport Infrastructure, Social Facilities, and Housing at the St Petersburg State Public Institution "Capital Construction and Reconstruction Fund."
The letter highlights the high level of training for Master’s students in the field of study 08.04.01 "Civil engineering" (profile: "Construction Technologies"), conducted at the Department of Construction Technology (CT) at SPbGASU.
"We note the high level of preparation of your program’s graduates: the curriculum is structured so that students not only master fundamental theoretical principles but also acquire in-demand professional and general competencies that fully align with the current needs of the construction industry. Graduates confidently handle complex challenges—whether operational or research-oriented. They are prepared to effectively support the technological and technical aspects of construction, competently organize construction processes, and address planning and economic issues within the field. We are convinced that the competencies developed during their studies will enable our new specialists to become valuable assets and make a significant contribution to the industry's development," states the letter of appreciation.
