SPbGASU has been holding the VI National conference "Reconstruction and restoration of architectural heritage".
26 April will see three scientific sections: "Professional education and mentoring in restoration," "Adaptation of industrial architecture objects for modern use," and "Experience in practical restoration and modern materials."
As part of the section dedicated to education, Andrey Nikulin, Dean of the SPbGASU Faculty of Civil Engineering, and Olga Pastukh, Deputy Dean for Research, are giving a presentation. They will talk about a new training program at the Faculty of Civil Engineering – the training of restoration engineers within the Civil engineering (08.03.01) field of studuy. This is the first time the university is enrolling in this specialty.
