BIMAC-2026: SPbGASU Signs a Number of Agreements on the Development of Digital Technologies in Construction

During the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference BIMAC-2026, St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPbGASU) hosted a series of cooperation agreement signings aimed at developing digital technologies, educational initiatives, and interaction with industrial partners.

Agreement with the Leningrad Region Urban Development Policy Committee

The conference's opening ceremony concluded with the signing of a cooperation agreement between SPbGASU and the Leningrad Region Urban Development Policy Committee.

The document was signed by the SPbGASU Vice-Rector for Continuing Education Viktoria Vinogradova and the First Deputy Chairman of the Leningrad Region Urban Development Policy Committee – Chief Architect of the Leningrad Region Sergey Lutchenko.

The agreement coincides with the launch of the "Digital Revival of Architectural Heritage Sites in the Leningrad Region" project and aims to develop practice-oriented student training using information modeling technologies.

Establishing a corporate department

The first agreement signed was the establishment of a corporate department with the company "WIZARDSOFT".

On behalf of the partner, the document was signed by Konstantin Podolyansky, Head of Digital Products Implementation Department at WIZARDSOFT JSC.

The establishment of the department is aimed at developing the training of specialists in the field of digital technologies and the implementation of practice-oriented educational programs.

Agreements within the framework of the digital heritage project

As part of the "Digital Revival of Architectural Heritage Sites in the Leningrad Region" project and the development of educational activities, agreements were signed with:

  • RUSEKO-STROYPROEKT OOO represented by General Director Aleksandr Lapygin;
  • RangeVision OOO, represented by the company member Yulia Popova;
  • co-founder and director of the scientific development and implementation department of GIP GROUPEvgeny Fedulov.

The agreements are aimed at developing cooperation in the fields of digital modeling, restoration of cultural heritage sites, and the introduction of modern technologies into the educational process.

Cooperation with Nanosoft OOO

The agreement with Nanosoft OOO provides assistance in implementing educational programs in information technology and training specialists for the construction industry. The document was signed by Oleg Egorychev, Director of Educational and Scientific Organization Development Programs at Nanosoft.

Outcomes

Signing of the agreements became an important part of the BIMAC-2026 business program and emphasized the role of SPbGASU as a center for interaction between education, science, and industry.

The agreements are aimed at developing students' digital competencies, implementing information modeling technologies, the university's participation in cultural heritage preservation projects, and strengthening cooperation with leading industry companies.

Work in this direction will continue within the framework of the university’s educational and scientific projects.
