Presentation by Dmitry Ivanov
As part of the LXXIX International Scientific and Practical Conference "Architecture – Construction – Transport – Economics," the SPbGASU Faculty of Forensics and Law in Construction and Transport held a session entitled "Forensic expertise and law in construction and transport: current status, problems, and development prospects." Representatives from various educational institutions discussed the development of legal sciences and forensic expertise in the current context.
Of particular interest was the presentation by Dmitry Ivanov, Dean of the SPbGASU Faculty of Forensics and Law in Construction and Transport, PhD of Juridical Sciences, on the specifics of the regulatory and technical framework for forensic examinations of brickwork at cultural heritage sites, as this is a pressing issue for both forensic and urban planning activities.
Elena Delegeoz, PhD of Historical Sciences and Associate Professor at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law at the St Petersburg State University of Economics, presented a report on "International legal cooperation of states in the sphere of transport under sanctions."
The presentation by Emma Sharyapova, Associate Professor at the SPbGASU Department of Legal Regulation of Urban-Planning Activities and Transport and PhD of Historical Sciences, "On the conclusion of contracts with counter-investment obligations by construction companies," generated considerable interest. The speaker touched on the legal issues involved in raising funds for construction financing.
Conference moderator Dmitry Kasatkin, Senior Lecturer at the SPbGASU Department of Legal Regulation of Urban-Planning Activities and Transport, summarized the meeting and wished all participants further fruitfull collaboration in the scientific field.
