17 Feb

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, together with the National Research University Higher School of Economics, is implementing a project to improve the social and psychological well-being of students.

The main goal of the project is to enhance psychological well-being of students in higher education institutions by creating and implementing a comprehensive system of social and psychological support integrated into the educational environment.

As part of the project, HSE developed three online courses for students:

  • "Studying without stress: how to maintain motivation and strength during the academic year" is aimed at introducing the topic of social and psychological well-being and teaching students self-support techniques;
  • “Socially responsible leadership”: aims to inform student leaders about issues of social and psychological well-being and prepare them to form communities of mutual support;
  • "The art of caring: how to support others in difficult situations": aims to raise students' awareness of ways to create a safe and supportive environment in student communities.

Having completed each online course, all participants will receive a corresponding electronic certificate.

The online courses are available to students on the Learnonline platform. The Ministry of Education and Science notes that to access the materials, students must first register a personal account or log in to the platform and enroll in the desired online course.
