On 29–30 June, the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering held a graduation ceremony for 1,958 full-time graduates.
This year, 306 bachelors graduated from the Faculty of Architecture. 38 of them received diplomas with honors. 134 master's students graduated, 42 of whom received honors degrees.
The best graduate of the faculty in academic activity was Anastasia Zolotareva, who completed a master's degree in the field of "Architecture", specializing in "Architectural design of buildings and structures".
The Faculty of Automobile and Road Building graduated with 51 specialist degrees (13 with honors), 115 bachelors (18 with honors), and 110 masters (48 with honors).
Along with Ivan Beshentsev, who was recognized as the best graduate of the year at the university as a whole, the faculty also recognized Evgeny Anufriev, who graduated with a degree in "Land Transport and Technological Means (Lifting and Transport, Construction, Road Vehicles and Equipment)," as one of the best in academic performance. Evgeny is a recipient of a Russian Government scholarship for the 2025/2026 academic year, a prizewinner of international and all-Russian research competitions, and the author of several publications in scientific journals.
The Faculty of Civil Engineering graduated 59 specialists (18 diplomas with honors), 413 bachelors (83 diplomas with honors) and 193 masters (72 diplomas with honors).
Oleg Yatskovets was recognized as the best graduate of the faculty, having completed the training program "Construction of Unique Buildings and Structures", specializing in "Construction of High-Rise and Large-Span Buildings and Structures".
In his farewell address to the graduates, Andrey Nikulin, Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, said: "Today, you're not just receiving your diplomas; you're completing an important stage in your lives and beginning a new journey. Turning this page, you'll enter the world of construction, creation, creativity, and national development—and these aren't just empty words. Our graduates represent approximately five to six percent of all graduates in engineering, construction, and housing and utilities across Russia, so our students bear a great responsibility, and it must be carried with valor. I wish you a successful entry into adulthood and a life of creation, creativity, and leadership for future generations!"

The Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Municipal Services graduated 186 bachelors (22 with honors) and 85 master's students (46 with honors). Olga Gavrichenkova, a graduate of the Engineering systems in construction program, was named the top student.
22 specialist degree graduates (six with honors), 124 bachelor degree graduates (14 with honors), and 32 master degree graduates (eight with honors) completed their studies at the Faculty of Economics and Management.
The best graduate of the faculty in academic activities is Dmitry Evstifeev, in the field of study "Management", profile "Logistics in Construction".
Galina Tokunova, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management, addressed the graduates: "I congratulate you on completing a very important stage in your lives—obtaining a higher professional education. Your efforts, dedication, hard work, and pursuit of knowledge have yielded excellent results, and our hearts are filled with pride. May the education you received at SPbGASU become a springboard for your future victories and achievements. Remember, our doors will always be open to you!"
The Faculty of Forensics and Law in Construction and Transport graduated with 48 specialist degree students, 59 bachelors and 21 masters (6, 12 and 12 diplomas with honors, respectively).
The best graduate in academic performance is Denis Astapov, who graduated from the Jurisprudence program.
42 graduates of the PhD programs also received diplomas.
77 students from 30 countries received certificates of completion from the Preparatory Department for foreign applicants. 27 of them intend to continue their studies at SPbGASU.
