At the competition of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences (RAACS) for the best scientific and creative works in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction sciences for 2025, the textbook "Organization, Planning and Management in Construction" was awarded a diploma. Its team of authors includes Professor at the Department of Construction Technology of the St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, DSc in Engineering Yury Kazakov. The textbook was prepared in collaboration with his colleagues from the Military Academy of Logistics named after General of the Army A.V. Khrulyov.
The textbook examines modern methods of organizing construction, production, and work management; preparing investment construction projects; scheduling; organizing the construction site; providing the site with material and technical resources; and production management, including the use of modern computer technologies. It also examines the specifics of preparing for construction work, scheduling, and providing construction sites with materials and machinery in the aftermath of armed conflicts.
