SVE League 2025

As noted by Denis Nizhegorodtsev, Deputy Director of the SPbGASU Educational Center for Digital Competence, the All-Russian TIM Championship of SPbGASU. SVE League 2025 was held for the second time. The qualifying round in 2025 was held by 13 colleges, and eight colleges took part in the final round: Novgorod Construction College, St Petersburg College of Architecture and Construction, Rostov-on-Don Construction College, Belgorod Construction College, Perm Construction College, Novosibirsk College of Architecture and Construction, Khabarovsk Technical College and Bryansk Construction College named after Professor N.E. Zhukovsky.

The SPbGASU Vice-Rector for Continuing Education Viktoria Vinogradova noted that the scale of the educational part of the TIM Championship has increased fivefold. If last year only six colleges took part in the educational TIM elective, this year there were more than 30. The teams have increased in number. According to the Vice-Rector, close cooperation with industrial partners and industry companies plays a great role in solving all the problems and implementing the initiatives.

Partners and experts of the TIM Championship were awarded with letters of gratitude. Among those awarded were the Association of SRO "OsnovaProekt" (general partner of the TIM Championship), "NOSTROY", ROO "Public Council for the Development of Self-Regulation", National Association of Designers and Surveyors (NOPRIZ), the companies "Nanosoft", ZAO "WIZARDSOFT", "Metropolis", "ROSTerm", "Vysotsky Consulting", "RBI", "Semren Monson", "ASCON", "Renga Softvea", "SiSoft", "Valtek", "Infraeko". Gratitude was also presented to the experts who conducted classes for students and teachers of colleges, developed competition tasks and assessed the work of the teams.

The President of the Association of SRO "OsnovaProekt" Sergey Levitsky wished the participants of the TIM Championship successful mastering of the profession, a worthy place in the construction industry of our great country.

"When Peter the Great built St Petersburg, there was also a shortage of specialists, they were invited from abroad. At that time, our specialists could not plan territories, large cities, but over time, we also had professional and talented architects and designers. Today, the shortage of personnel is acutely noticeable: each company must have at least two designers, which in practice not everyone can achieve yet. The industry is switching to digital solutions, domestic software, so you need to have time to acquire in-demand competencies. TIM Championship helps it. You, the younger generation, will have to promote the latest technologies in the industry, and we, as an industry, are ready to help you in your activities and career growth," said Sergey Levitsky.

The winner of the TIM championship was the team from the Perm Construction College (Anna Chudinova, Marina Luchnikova, Ksenia Yarusova, Artur Rodimov, Regina Kurbanova, Angela Smetanina and Irina Petrova).

It was difficult for us, but very interesting, and we are glad that we became participants and winners of such a powerful project," shared Anna Chudinova.
