On 15 November, SPbGASU hosted an Open Day for the Faculty of Civil Engineering, the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Municipal Services, the Faculty of Economics and Management, and the Faculty of Part-Time Studies.

The Open Day began with a summary of the 2025 admissions campaign, as well as presentations of the faculties and ongoing educational programs. The guests were addressed by Olga Tatarinova, Deputy Secretary of the Admissions Committee, Andrey Nikulin, Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Olga Nesterova, Deputy Secretary for Admissions to the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Olesya Samodolova, Deputy Secretary for Admissions to the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Municipal Services, Galina Tokunova, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management, and Sergey Shirshikov, Dean of the Faculty of Part-Time Studies.

In addition, the university's guests were addressed by Vladimir Sharmanov, PhD of Engineering Sciences and Head of the Product and Methodology Department of the Innovation Directorate, a representative of SPbGASU's industry partner, the Etalon Group. He spoke about areas of cooperation between the company and the university, as well as opportunities for internships and future employment within the company.

The departments held presentations of their educational programs.

Prospective students had the opportunity to meet with Ilya Gladushevsky, the responsible secretary of the Admissions Committee, his deputy, Elvira Tkachenko, and other Admissions Committee staff. A presentation on the admissions process for those applying for targeted, special, and separate quotas was held in the Admissions Committee's conference room.

To introduce the scientific potential of SPbGASU, the Head of the Department of Reinforced Concrete and Masonry Constructions, Aleksey Khegai, held a popular science lecture, "Reinforced Concrete Structures," in the Academic Council Hall.

In addition, the guests were given tours of the interdepartmental laboratory of the Faculty of Civil Engineering.

We hope the Open Day helped the pupils decide on their future studies, and we look forward to welcoming them as first-year students at SPbGASU!
