On the eve of International Women's Day, a family event, "A Gift for Mom," was held at the St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering on 8 March. It brought together staff, teachers, and students who attended with their children.
Thanks to the efforts of our university's student pedagogical squads, "Arlekino," "Svoboda," the “Nevsky Troops” “Lastochka" (swallow) squad, and activists from the SPbGASU Volunteer Club, a rich interactive program was prepared for the young guests and their parents.
Students organized several workshops: guests painted gingerbread cookies, created collage cards to congratulate mothers and grandmothers, and made holiday symbols—flower bouquets from wire and colored paper.
As part of the celebration, an exhibition of children's drawings dedicated to mothers and the coming spring was held.
