At the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, the state registration process has been completed for a computer program titled "Signum" Signature Manager. The software was developed by Polina Zimina, an assistant at the Department of Architectural and Engineering Constructions, and Anton Semenov, a student in the Applied Mathematics program (Department of Information and Mathematical Modeling Technologies).

The "Signum" program is designed to automatically verify that the individuals listed as contributors in project documentation correspond to the electronic signatures provided. This tool aims to streamline the preparation of project materials for formal expert review—a process that requires an electronic signature from every project participant identified in the relevant document stamps.

The software helps reduce the time required to review project volumes and prepare documents for submission to the expert review process, while also lowering the likelihood of errors that can occur during manual checks. In this way, Signum helps optimize a key stage in working with project documentation.

The practical effectiveness of the development was confirmed by the experience of its implementation at the company "Studio 44," where the program underwent testing.

On 17 September, the "Signum" signature manager program was entered into the Register of Computer Programs, as evidenced by State Registration Certificate No. 2026688334.

This development has become an example of practice-oriented work at SPbGASU, bringing together the expertise of both teachers and students.
