Influenza vaccination is being offered to students and staff of SPbGASU at the university's Medical and Preventive Center.
Vaccination is carried out using the Russian-made "Flu-M" vaccine. The "Flu-M" vaccine fully aligns with key global trends in influenza vaccines and World Health Organization recommendations, including the strain composition for the current season.
Vaccination period: September 25 to November 28, from 11:00 to 14:30.
Please visit the registration desk of the Medical and Preventive Center.
No advance registration is required; please bring a Russian passport or a student ID card.
NOTE
Who should get the flu vaccine first:

pregnant women
-
people with chronic diseases

persons over the age of 60 and medical workers

workers in the education,, transport, and housing and utilities sectors.
Contraindications:
-
allergic reactions to previous influenza vaccinations;
-
allergic reactions to chicken protein and other vaccine components;

history of a severe reaction (temperature above 40°C, swelling and hyperemia at the injection site exceeding 8 cm in diameter) or complications following a previous administration of influenza vaccines;

acute infectious and non-infectious diseases, exacerbation of chronic diseases—vaccinations are administered two to four weeks after recovery, or during the period of convalescence or remission;

in cases of mild acute respiratory viral infections or acute intestinal diseases, vaccination is performed after the temperature has normalized;
-
infants under 6 months of age.
