Dear first-year students! In September, we are begining issuing bank cards granting access to educational buildings (campus cards; only for those enrolled in federally funded programs).
To receive the card you need to present the following documents
RF citizens
- Original passport of the Russian Federation
- If available, temporary registration confirming residence in St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region
- IMPORTANT! Minors must provide additional documents when receiving the card*
Foreign citizens
- Original foreign passport
- If available, temporary registration confirming residence in St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region
- Migration card (must be extended if staying in the Russian Federation for more than 30 days; may not be extended if there is a valid visa, and is not required for citizens of the Republic of Belarus)
- Notarized translation of the passport into Russian
- Residence permit and temporary residence permit (if available)
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)**
Card issuance date (for those who have not received them yet): 7–8 September
Time: 10:00 till 16:00
Venue: cards will be issued by employees of Bank Saint Petersburg on the premises of SPbGASU (upper balustrade).
*Original completed consent of the parent/legal representative according to the bank form (sample consent); a copy of the identity document of the parent/legal representative (passport: pages 2–3; page with the current registration; pages 18–19 with information on previously issued identity documents); a copy of the birth certificate; if the surname of the legal representative and the student differs, a copy of the document supporting the change of name must be attached, for example, a marriage certificate, a certificate of name change, etc.
**Please note point 6: to obtain a card, a foreign citizen's Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN, ID Card) is required; an alternative is the identification number indicated in the foreign citizen's passport.
