Attention, student, Pushkin Card holders! Effective 1 January, 2026, VTB Bank will become the Pushkin Card's operating bank. To maintain access to the program in 2026, you must submit an application for a virtual Pushkin Card to VTB Bank by 28 December, 2025 (see the instructions on the poster).
