Roman Motylev, Head of the Department of Construction Management, PhD of Engineering Sciences, and Associate Professor at the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, won a prize at the Russian Masters Judo Championships. The competition took place in Ulyanovsk at the end of August.

289 experienced masters from 48 regions of Russia came together on the tatami.
Our university representative won a bronze medal in the category up to 90 kg at the age of 50–54 years.
"This isn't just a competition—it's a true celebration of strength, spirit, and respect for judo traditions. Experienced athletes, for whom judo isn't just a sport, but an entire philosophy of life, met on the tatami. Their skill and will to win are inspiring and demonstrate that age is no barrier to great achievement," noted Roman Vladimirovich.
