The Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IMEMO RAS) (IMEMO RAS), with the support of the journals "Analysis and Forecast" and "Scout", holds an annual All-Russian competition of student research papers.
The purpose of the competition is to develop the potential of Russian higher education, train a new generation of young scientists and search for promising personnel for academic research institutions.
Nominations:

the best analytical work on topical issues of the global economy and technological development;

the best analytical work on regional conflicts and global security issues;

the best analytical work on the problems of international relations and strategic forecasting.
Each nomination is awarded with the prizes:
I prize – 150 000 rubles;
II prize – 120 000 rubles;
III prize – 90 000 rubles;
IV prize – 70 000 rubles;
V prize – 50 000 rubles.
Application deadline: 1 May 2023.
The competition accepts works made by scientific student societies (SSOs) or student teams of universities.
