The Centre of physicotechnical testing of building constructions was formed in 2003. The Centre is independent of manufacturers and consumers, in its activity it does not exercise any administrative, commercial, financial or other influence which can affect results of testing building production.

Now the Centre is a part of Test center of SPSUACE (TC SPSUACE is accredited by Federal Agency of accreditation as an independent and competent laboratory, the accreditation certificate № RA.RU.21СТ39 from 27.05.2015).
