Fourth scientific practical conference “Reconstruction and analysis of road traffic accidents”

Saint Petersburg, September 20-22, 2012.

Conference directions are:
1. International experience of investigation, reconstruction and analysis of road traffic accidents. Innovations in the expert activity of Russia and other countries of the world.

2. Presentation of Steven McKinzie, forensic expert for analysis and reconstruction of road traffic accidents, director of expert company McKinzie & Associates (Kansas, USA), MapScenes Systems on investigation of road traffic accidents.

3. WORKSHOP in application of MapScenes Systems in practice.
Excursion visits to expert enterprises of Saint Petersburg are included into the programme of the conference.
The programme of the conference involves reports of full-fledged members of the International association of experts in reconstruction of road traffic accidents (IAARS), scientists and specialists of higher educational institutions; production and commercial enterprises of Russia and the USA (Steven McKinzie who is a forensic expert in analysis and reconstruction of road traffic accidents, director of the expert company McKinzie & Associates (Kansas, USA)). Being a professor he provides methodological instructions of Departments of patrol and police bodies in most states of the Northern America as well as the Royal police college of New Zealand and many others. He has a great experience of investigations and reconstructions of mechanisms and circumstances of over 2000 road traffic accidents. As a specialist he is certifies to use specialized software products in order to analyze and reconstruct road traffic accidents such as PCCrash, Rectec and etc.; Georgy GINZBURG - president of “VIRGIG inc.”, D.Sc. in business administration (USA), full-fledged member of the International academy of traffic safety and expertise.
