Application dates: from 9 till 19 September 2025

The project is opent to students in the final year of bachelor's, specialist's and master's programs.

The startup can be developed individually or as part of a team.

A team may include two to four students from one or several fields of study and faculties.

The final qualifying work in the form of a startup is carried out in accordance with all the requirements imposed on a traditional final qualifying work.

1. A student (individual participant or team captain) submits an application via an electronic form:

2. Graduating departments conduct an examination of applications for compliance of the topic of the final qualifying work in the form of a startup with the educational program that the student is mastering. The results of the examination are posted on the website.
3. Startups that have passed the examination by the graduating department are submitted for defense. Students prepare presentations about their startups and defend them before the expert council. Presentation requirements will be posted later.
4. The expert council agrees on the topics and supervisors of the final qualifying work, and makes a decision on the further development of the startup. The expert council's decision is posted on the website.
5. Graduating departments prepare assignments for final qualifying work in the form of a startup and issue them to students at the beginning of the spring semester.
6. During the semester, students develop startups and receive advice on the basics of entrepreneurship. At the beginning of each month, startup team meetings are held to monitor progress.
7. At the beginning of May, students undergo a pre-defense of their final qualifying works in the form of a startup before an expert council.
8. The final meeting of the startup team is held at the beginning of June.
9. During the state final certification, students defend their final qualifying works in the form of a startup before state examination committees.
