Lenproekt Institute (LenNIIproekt, from 1975 to 1979): participation in the design of individual projects of public and residential buildings, such as the new complex of the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute, new buildings with an assembly hall of the Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute, experimental residential buildings in Leningrad , as well as participation in the development and modification of standard series of residential buildings. Participation in competitions for the development of experimental residential buildings for Leningrad.

Institute "LenZNIIEP" (from 1979 to 1988), the design department: participation in the design of public and residential buildings, such as the Geophysical Observatory after Voeikov in the village of Voeykovo, the Orlyonok pioneer camp, residential buildings in Ust-Ilimsk, monolithic seismic-resistant houses for Yerevan, etc. Then in the scientific department: participation in research on the design, adjustment and implementation of master plans for northern cities such as Surgut, Novy Urengoy, Neryungri , Nefteyugansk, Kogalym, Yamburg; participation in the development and adjustment of urban planning standards for the North; participation in the development of methodological documents and urban planning standards for dense low-rise urban development; development of pilot projects for mixed residential areas (with the use of low-rise buildings) for the city of Novy Urengoy (VDNKh award).
