• Participation in the design of the pioneer camp "Ocean" in Emar Bay (Primorsky Krai; Institute "LenZNIIEP", 1976-1980).
• Participation in the development of standard bus stations and bus terminals, ambulance depot buildings, and in competitions for the development of bus terminals (Giproavtotrans Institute, 1980–1985).
• Author of more than 40 projects for reconstruction and new construction in St Petersburg, research and design work commissioned by KGIOP (OAO LenzhilNIIproekt, 1985–2015), including projects for the construction and reconstruction of buildings:

  • Nevsky Prospect, 19 (reconstruction of the courtyard building into an exhibition hall of the Russian Museum and the front facade into a store);

  • Proletarskoy Diktatury Street (Lafonskaya), 3 (reconstruction into a business center with an add-on);

  • Fontanka River Embankment, 71 (reconstruction into a hotel);

  • Malaya Nevka Embankment, 33 (reconstruction of the former Ruadze dacha into an office);

  • Embankment of Obvodny Canal, 21 (reconstruction into a store);

  • Ordzhonikidze Street, 59–63 (16-storey residential building);

  • Engenernaya Street, 8–10 (reconstruction and adaptation for the premises of the Russian Museum);

  • Ligovsky Prospect, 78b (reconstruction with an extension for a business center);

  • Kamennoostrovsky Prospekt, 54 (reconstruction of attic spaces for residential purposes with restoration of the lost corner tower);

  • Peter and Paul Fortress, 3, lit. Ш (Cavalier of Anna Ioannovna), Г (House of Stock Capitals) and Д (Nikolskaya Curtain), restoration and reconstruction into the premises of the Mint.
