- Participation in the design of the pioneer camp "Ocean" in Emar Bay (Primorsky Krai; Institute "LenZNIIEP", 1976-1980).
- Participation in the development of standard bus stations and bus terminals, ambulance depot buildings, and in competitions for the development of bus terminals (Giproavtotrans Institute, 1980–1985).
- Author of more than 40 projects for reconstruction and new construction in St Petersburg, research and design work commissioned by KGIOP (OAO LenzhilNIIproekt, 1985–2015), including projects for the construction and reconstruction of buildings:
