The fourth season of the "Dream School"—a federal, socially significant educational project—has launched.
The All-Russian participatory design marathon "Dream School" is being held in support of the presidential program for the major renovation of educational institutions, as part of the "Development of Education" state program.
In the new season, participants will work on modernizing university buildings and student dormitories included in the presidential major renovation program.
Student teams are invited to participate; they will analyze spaces and—drawing on the input of all stakeholders in the educational process—create modern visions for higher education institutions. Participants will complete an updated educational course titled "Identity in educational architecture: modernization strategies for schools, kindergartens, and universities" and take part in the All-Russian Participatory Design Marathon.
You can submit an application until 12:00 Moscow time on 15 October, 2026, by filling out the Yandex Form and posting a social task after registering on the Dobro.rf platform.
The project will culminate in the "Dream School" All-Russian competition for educational space design projects. The winning entries will be added to a federal database of best practices, which already serves as a practical resource for modernizing schools and kindergartens across the country.
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia, together with the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, has successfully implemented three seasons of the project as part of the federal "Service Learning" program.
The new season launches with the support of the Dobro.rf ecosystem and will be conducted with the help of the "Service Learning" program.
Regions will be able to define social objectives, while students will be able to take full advantage of the opportunities offered by the "Service Learning" project.
