The Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering invites you to participate in an international scientific event – the Russian-Chinese workshop for young researchers.
It is organized by the SPbGASU Department of Transport Systems and Road and Bridge Construction of St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering and the Department of Bridges of Beijing Jiaotong Transport University (BJTU).
The workshop will focus on current issues in bridge design and research. Participants will discuss modern scientific developments in the field of composite bridges, share research experiences, and learn about the scientific schools of both countries.
The program includes:
- scientific reports by leading experts;
- presentations of research papers;
- exchange of experience between participants;
- discussion of current issues in bridge construction.
- scientific schools and research activities;
- temperature field in steel-reinforced concrete structures;
- analysis of superstructures;
- search for optimal forms of suspension bridges;
- assessment of the reliability of bridge structures.

The workshop will take place on 29 May from 10:00 to 12:00 in the conference hall of the SPbGASU Educational Center for Digital Competence (123/5 Fontanka River Embankment). Format: in-person and online (Microsoft Teams). Working language: English.
