The Mongolian Government Scholarship Program for study at Mongolian universities in the 2026/2027 academic year is now open for applications. Russian citizens who are full-time students in higher education programs—bachelor's, specialist's, and master's programs—are eligible to apply. The scholarship is available only for full-time study in Mongolian or English.
