On May 13, 2015 upon the initiative of the Chair of Water Usage and Ecology and the Department of employment aid services to students and alumni of Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering there was held a work meeting with representatives of the State unitary enterprise “Vodokanal of Saint Petersburg”.
At the meeting there were representatives of “Vodokanal of Saint Petersburg” – HR and security director Anatoly K. Kinebas, director of the branch “Centre of information and education” Tatyana T. Skovronskaya, chief specialist of the 1st class of HR department Marina S. Babenko and representatives of Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering – vice-rector for academic activity Irina R. Lugovskaya, dean of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Municipal Services Evgeny A. Shesterov, head of the chair of water usage and ecology Anatoly V. Kudriavtzev, director of the Department of employment aid services to students and alumni of SPSUACE Liubov V. Orlova.
Participants of the meeting decided to sign a cooperation agreement between State unitary enterprise “Vodokanal of Saint Petersburg” and Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering. According to the agreement employees of the enterprise will consult students in development of course projects and reviews graduation projects. Highly qualified specialists will also participate in development of academic and methodological materials and regulations, meetings of qualifying and examination commissions.
They also studied internship opportunities for postgraduate and master degree students of Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering on the basis of the enterprise and establishment of the fundamental chair in cooperation with the chair of water usage and ecology of Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering.
As soon as the meeting has finished Anatoly K. Kinebas read a lecture to students of specialty “Water supply and water disposal” during which he gave a detailed description of the work of the State unitary enterprise “Vodokanal of Saint Petersburg”, answered students’ questions and invited students to undergo practical training at the enterprise.
