Alumni of Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering were told bout self-regulation

On March 03, 2015 students of the 4th course of the Faculty of Economics of Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering visited non-commercial partnership “Union of Saint Petersburg builders” where there took place a meeting of representatives of the engineering sphere devoted to “Rolf of self-regulation in engineering”. Cooperation programme between the higher education institution and the union started over a year ago.

During the meeting specialists of the Union told alumni of the higher education institution about the functions and targets of self-regulation in engineering, about the work performed by self-regulating companies in quality and safety support of engineering activity.

Students learned about the Non-commercial partnership “Union of Saint Petersburg builders”, structure of the company and cooperation with the National union of builders and etc. At the end of the meeting students asked questions about foreign engineering companies functioning in the Russian Federation and problems concerning unconscionable self-regulating companies.

These lessons enable students of SPSUACE to communicate with specialists working in self-regulating companies, ask questions they are interested in, to study more deeply problems of the industry and aims of the self-regulating companies.
