On April 14, 2015 at the fundamental chair “management in engineering” there was held one more workshop for students of Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering in “Personnel issues in engineering”. The workshop was held by deputy director of CJSC “KVS” in personnel Natalya N. Vinogradova. During the meeting there were discussed the issued concerning creation of personnel department at an engineering company, goal setting in personnel management, formation of candidates pool, advanced training of staff.

Natalya Vinogradova underlined the importance of human factor in efficient work of the company as a whole; she also gave some practical advice in preparing for an interview, its passing and development of employment strategy in favor of professional career. Having shared her own experience she advised not to be afraid of work, to pass as many interviews as possible, to seek self-development and not to be limited in a narrow scope of professional tasks. Students asked numerous questions, which the discussed topic had provoked. At the end of the meeting they thanked Natalya Nikolaevna.

According to the feedback of students it was a very useful workshop for them and they would be glad to participate in further discussions. Ms. Vinogradova was also pleased by the offer to continue cooperation on the basis of the chair.
