Construction Worker's Day
Every year on the second Sunday of August, Russia celebrates Construction Worker's Day. In 2022, the holiday falls on August 14th.
The profession of a constructor is one of the most respected and honorable. The professional holiday of constructors is close not only to representatives of the industry, but to every person, because everyone needs houses, roads, schools and many other buildings that are created by the skillful hands of constructors. The work of constructors influences the development of the country's economy, the level of well-being and comfort of its citizens.
St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering trains specialists in the field of architecture, construction, housing and municipal services and the automobile and road complex. The university works closely with employers and adheres to the principles of interdisciplinary training. The concept of a holistic educational process of the university is expressed by our motto – "Building the future together!".
