• implementation of the students' rights in terms of the educational process, passing intermediate and final certification; issues of transferring students between educational organizations, including in the event of termination of a license or accreditation; issues of payments from the scholarship fund and material support, payments to certain social categories;
• issues related to the provision of places in dormitories and the procedure for living there; issues of issuing documents on education, issuing duplicates of documents, apostilling and nostrification of documents;
• other issues related to the procedure for training and the implementation of students’ rights.
