On November, 30 at our university there was opened one more auditorium 401-C after the capital repair fulfilled by the “KNAUF Group CIS” in commemoration of the 180-year anniversary of SPSUACE.

At the grand ceremony director of “KNAUF Group CIS” Janis Kraulis presented rector of SPSUACE Evgeny Rybnov with a nominal key to the new auditorium.  All repair works, furniture and multimedia equipment were bought under the financial support of “KNAUF Group CIS” company, which has been a university partner for already many years. There is also “Knauf North-West” centre functioning on the basis of SPSUACE. Its director Andrey F. Sharapenko told about the centre activity, its academic programmes and special courses. Students and professors of the university posed numerous questions to Janis Kraulis and Andrey Sharapenko which concerned internships in the “Knauf” company, employment, training in the “Kanuf North-West” centre, they also were interested in the properties of some mixes and other building materials produced by “Knauf”.
