SPbGASU Representatives Awarded Following The All-Russian Intensive Course "Innovative Technologies Of Unmanned Systems"

On 25 June, the Civic Chamber of Russia summarized the results of the All-Russian intensive course for students, "Innovative Technologies of Unmanned Systems." The St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering was an active participant and partner in this large-scale federal project.

The goal of the intensive course, organized by the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Public Council under the Ministry of Transport of Russia, and the Russian Technological University (MIREA), was to promote the development of a national autonomous transport industry and train qualified engineering personnel. Students from SPbGASU participated in the project's educational program and also demonstrated a high level of professional competencies during the All-Russian Hackathon, where they worked on real-world practical cases in the field of intelligent transport systems.

At the final meeting, those gathered analyzed the results achieved and identified the industry's priorities. The best participants were awarded.

SPbGASU was represented at the ceremony by Roman Litvin, PhD of Engineering Sciences, Deputy Dean for Research of the Faculty of Automobile and Road Building, Associate Professor at the Department of Land Transport and Technological Machines (LTTM).

For their active participation in organizing events, expert support for students, and contribution to the development of innovative transport technologies, Professor at the Department of LTTM, Director of the SPbGASU Institute for Traffic Safety, and member of the Intensive Organizing Committee, DSc in Engineering Sergey Evtyukov and Head of the SPbGASU Department of Transport Systems and Road and Bridge Construction, DSc in Engineering Stanislav Evtyukov were awarded gratitude from the Public Council under the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. Roman Litvin was awarded a letter of thanks from the Public Council of the Ministry of Transport for his active collaboration with the Council in the area of ​​involving young people in scientific research.

Participation in such projects confirms SPbGASU's status as one of the leading centers for training engineering personnel for the country's transport infrastructure. The university will continue to develop collaboration with relevant ministries, public associations, and industrial partners in the implementation of advanced technologies in transport.
