On 1st December, 2016 a round table «Diagnostics and therapy of unsuccessful projects», organized by the Faculty of Economy and Management of the St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering and the St.-Petersburg branch of the International institute of design management (PMI) took place in SPSUACE.

Representatives of the administration of Leningrad region, university ITMO, St.Petersburg State University, building companies "IRBIS", Rosinzhiniring  Project, «Innovative engineering systems», AECOM, Open Company «SPb Renovatsija» and others; Joint-Stock Company  “Proektneftegas", Open Company "Elta", Open Company " Gasinfoservice", "Riv Gosh", «Lubimy kray», "Rambler", «Siemens», etc took part in the action.

The meeting became a logic continuation of the round table «Anatomy of unsuccessful project», spent in September, 2016. «There are no hopeless patients, there are only hopeless doctors», - the chairman of the board of directors of Joint-Stock Company «Building company" IRBIS "Gennady Vladimirovich Kirkin  declared and  told about mechanisms of acceptance of inefficient administrative decisions,  unique methods of therapy of building projects, about skills and motivations of employees.

It is not the first and not last action organized by SPSUACE and St.-Petersburg branch PMI.
