HOW THE TRAINING WAS GOING

The basics of the volunteer movement were studied mainly by the leaders of university volunteer centers. They had to decide on the motivation and goals of the volunteers, find out how to prevent emotional burnout, sort out the legal framework, get acquainted with the rights and obligations of volunteers.
As part of the Mentoring direction, students studied the design and creation of mentoring institutes at universities. They shared their practices and knowledge, discovered similar and different aspects, and looked for ways to improve their projects. During a week of hard work, they created three projects which have already started functioning at universities.

The SPbGASU Adapters Program was recognized the best one.

Studying at the School provided for the opportunity to learn new things, show own capacities, test individual strength in the competition and make new friends.
