On 13 March, SPbGASU was visited by employees of the headquarters for working with personnel and volunteers of the Roscongress Foundation, the organizer of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum. They told the students how to join the forum as a volunteer and what prospects this opens up.

The XXVII St Petersburg International Economic Forum will be held from 5 to 8 June. This is one of the most significant and large-scale events in the business world.

• Volunteers will be provided with specialized training, stylish uniforms, free food, and letters of gratitude from the Forum organizers. They will have the opportunity to get vivid impressions, make new friends, see famous people from the political and business world, and stars of domestic show business. The best SPIEF 2024 volunteers will have the opportunity to take part in a competition for an internship at the foundation.

Volunteer activities are of great interest to students at our university. Since 2015, a volunteer club has been operating at SPbGASU. Its leader, the student Ekaterina Tverdokhlebova, believes that thanks to volunteering you can try yourself in different fields of activity, develop organizational abilities and communication skills.

The student Slada Dontsova participated in the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok two years ago. Now she wants to know how the event will take place in St Petersburg.

The student Irina Peretokin also plans to participate in the Forum. She has been involved in social volunteering for a long time, and she is interested in everything that happens in our city.
