Students Learned About The Prospects For Young Specialists At The Atomenergoproekt Company

On 22 February, the SPbGASU Division for Student Entrepreneurship and Career organized a meeting for third-year students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering with representatives of the Atomenergoproekt company.

The purpose of the conversation was to introduce students to the company and its social programs to support young professionals. Olga Kasaeva, a specialist in the company’s HR department in St Petersburg, spoke about employment prospects at Atomenergoproekt JSC, as well as about a targeted program for co-financing housing rentals for non-resident university graduates in key specialties. In addition, listeners learned about the payment of “lifts” to young specialists, the company’s corporate culture and social guarantees.

–The most useful information for me was that the company is loyal and understanding to the fact hat, in addition to work, we also need to study,” commented third-year student Maria Sergeeva. – They are ready to make compromises and provide flexible work schedules for interested guys.

Ekaterina Lavrikova, head of the project office for professional development management at Atomenergoproekt, drew the attention of third-year students to the possibility of completing an educational program in the design of building structures. Training for students is absolutely free and is carried out at a time convenient for them, since all classes are recorded.

– I liked the meeting. It was very interesting to listen to the speakers. They talked about what was important and interesting to us. I decided to get to know their educational course better, and perhaps try to get a job,” Anna Shlakina, a student, shared her impressions.

At the end of the meeting, the head of the SPbGASU Division for Student Entrepreneurship and Career, Marina Malyutina, drew the attention of those gathered that DSE&C holds such meetings regularly. Here, students can not only get acquainted with the activities of the university’s partners, but also exchange contacts with potential employers. In addition, in search of employment, it is not necessary to wait for new lectures: students can contact office 233 and get advice on available vacancies and writing a resume with the division employees.
