The Committee for Science and Higher Education of St Petersburg and the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus announce a competition for support to scientific and technical projects carried out jointly by educational and scientific organizations located in the territories of St Petersburg and the Republic of Belarus, in 2023.
Application deadline: 18:00 11 September 2023.
Financing limits:
-
from the Committee for Science and Higher Education of St Petersburg - 2 million RUR for the implementation of one scientific and technical project per year;
-
from the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus - 70 thousand Belarusian rubles for the implementation of one scientific and technical project per year.
The competition is carried out in accordance with the Procedure for conducting competition for support to scientific and technical projects carried out jointly by educational and scientific organizations located in the territories of St Petersburg and the Republic of Belarus for 2023–2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Competitive Selection Procedure), approved by the protocol of the Belarusian-Petersburg working group in the field of scientific and technical activities dated 25 July, 2023 in the following priority areas of scientific and technical cooperation to solve the problems of socio-economic development of St Petersburg and the Republic Belarus:
1. Priority areas of scientific, technical and innovative activities for 2021–2025, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 07.05.2020 No. 156, including:

digital information and communication and interdisciplinary technologies, production based on them;
-
biological, medical, pharmaceutical and chemical technologies and production;
-
energy, construction, ecology and rational use of natural resources;
-
mechanical engineering and machine-building technologies, instrumentation and innovative materials;
-
agro-industrial and food technologies.
2. Critical and end-to-end technologies (technological areas) provided for by the Technological Development Concept for the period up to 2030, approved by Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1315-r dated 20.05.2023, including:

data processing and transmission technologies;
-
energy technologies;
-
new production technologies;
-
biotechnologies and technologies of living systems;
-
technologies for reducing anthropogenic impact;
-
advanced space systems and services.
SPbGASU participants must coordinate the competiton documentation with the Division for Scientific Work.
