1992-1993 - Assistant to the Deputy Mayor of Novosibirsk for Construction - Director of the Department of Architecture, Construction, Land Management and Housing and Communal Services, Academician Gennady Pugachev.

Areas of activity, work performed:

  • reconstruction of the chapel of St Nicholas the Wonderworker;
  • reconstruction of the facades of Krasny Prospekt, the main street of Novosibirsk, in connection with preparations for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the city;
  • construction of the stadium "Siberia" in the Central District;
  • development of the master plan of Novosibirsk until 2000 under the leadership of the chief architect of Novosibirsk, Honored Architect of Russia German Tyulenin;
  • promotion of the program of ecological housing construction "Eco-settlement of the XXI century", developed by scientists of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences;
  • pilot operation of the software complex for maintaining the land cadastre.
