The author uses the scientific results in the examination and technical expertise of various buildings and structures, including architectural monuments of St Petersburg.

Supervisor of survey works with the issuance of technical decisions on the strengthening, repair or restoration of the following objects: Moscow Triumphal Gates, Peter and Paul and Kazan Cathedrals, the Philharmonic Hall, the eastern wing of the General Staff Building (the Great Hermitage project), the building of the Vitebsk railway station, fourteen ground pavilions of metro stations , exhibition complex "Lenexpo", sports facilities in St Petersburg; sports facilities in Baku (Azerbaijan).

Conducted work on the examination of industrial safety of buildings and structures of the metallurgical and chemical industries: facilities of Severstal PJSC (open-hearth, converter and electric steel-smelting shops), Izhora plants (open-hearth shop), Obukhov Plant JSC, Petrostal JSC, buildings and facilities of the Admiralty Shipyards, OJSC PO Sevmash, PJSC AKRON, JSC Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers, as well as chimneys and exhaust pipes of various enterprises; objects of the Leningrad nuclear power plant, etc.
