  • Organization of large-scale construction during the renovation of mass construction quarters in the second half of the 20th century.
  • Innovative technologies in construction/urban planning: 1) nanotechnologies (UHPC - heavy-duty concrete, etc.); 2) contour construction using a 3D printer; 3) energy-saving technologies based on renewable energy sources (Smart City - smart city, Passive House, Active House - passive / active house, etc.); 4) Green Urbanism/Sustainable Development - green urban development/sustainable development.
