The teachers of the department cooperate with leading construction and design organizations, providing consulting services on the development of new technologies, participate in solving problems related to the technological design of new construction and reconstruction, surveying the condition of buildings and structures, developing regulatory and technical documentation, including professional standards , POS (project of construction organization) and PPR (project for implementation of construction operations). This cooperation makes it possible to implement their knowledge and experience in solving practical engineering problems, as well as to use the results in teaching. To improve the quality of the educational process and the training of scientific personnel, senior students and masters are involved in PhD studies.
