Manuscripts of scientific articles are submitted to the organizing committee in Russian. They can be published in one of the publications: in a collection of materials indexed in the РИНЦ (free of charge), in a scientific peer-reviewed journal included in the list of HAC (free of charge), in a scientific peer-reviewed journal "Architecture and Engineering", indexed by Scopus (publication cost - 10 000 rub.).

The selection of manuscripts and the choice of the type of publication will be carried out by the scientific committee of the conference. Materials recommended for publication in scientific journals will be submitted for review in accordance with the procedure provided for by the relevant scientific journal.

For publication only original materials are accepted. The check will be carried out in the system "Anti-plagiarism. Expert”: originality of at least 80% is required, including the originality of the presented results, discussions and conclusions. If generated text is detected, the article is not considered.

Recommended manuscript size: from 5 to 15 pages (from 10 to 30 thousand printed characters with spaces). One author may be a member of no more than two author groups.

The text of the manuscript is drawn up in accordance with the requirements. For a sample of the article check here. Together with the manuscript, an author's certificate for the corresponding author is provided.

Materials for publication are accepted from registered participants to the conference e-mail address: arcotrec@yandex.ru in the period from 21 November to 01 December, 2025. The subject of the letter must indicate: Full name of the first author, section name.

After confirming the approval of the material for publication, the author (s) concludes a license agreement for publication.
