The department trains bachelors and masters in the fields of Management and Business Informatics, highly qualified personnel in the specialties 5.2.6 Management and 5.2.3 Regional and Sectoral Economics (economics of construction and real estate operations), and provides training for students of advanced training courses in specialized programs.
The department's educational programs allow students to obtain qualifications that enable them to work both in investment and construction organizations and in related fields.
In implementing educational programs, the department interacts with the Union of Construction Associations and Organizations and construction companies of St Petersburg.
It is the basic department of the SRO "Association of Builders of St Petersburg".
